Tom
Macaskill, Partner
After training in Edinburgh
, Tom joined F T & D C Wallace in Leven before setting
up the firm which later became Macaskills. That firm merged
with Innes Johnston in 2001. He is one of the partners in
the Leven office and has a very wide, general practice.
Tom is also a notary public.

Penny Wiewiorka, Partner
Penny graduated in law from the University of Dundee where she later lectured in medical legal issues. She trained as a solicitor in Edinburgh and worked in a firm in Glenrothes before moving to Innes Johnston. She is a partner in our Leven office with a largely private client practice and has a particular interest in employment law. She is also a notary public.

Lorraine Crichton, Partner
Since graduating from Edinburgh University, Lorraine has worked for Innes Johnston, firstly as a trainee solicitor, then as an assistant before being made a partner in 2000. She works in the Kirkcaldy office and looks after private clients, mostly handling conveyancing cases, wills, trusts, executries and guardianships. She is also a notary public.

George Harper, Partner
After graduating with an MA from Aberdeen University and LLB from Glasgow University, George completed his traineeship in Orkney. He was then employed in
local government for several years before joining Innes
Johnston in 2004. George became a partner in 2005.. He has a general practice
with a particular interest in safeguarding assets of elderly
clients, mental health and community care law and also looks
after licensing cases. He is a notary public.

Ann Oliver, Partner
Ann joined
Innes Johnston as a partner in 2006 and works in our Kirkcaldy
office. She concentrates mostly on civil court work, debt
recovery, matrimonial and family law. She is a notary public, member of the Family Law Association and a Trustee of Fife Women's Aid.

Angela Kivistik, Solicitor
Angela qualified as a solicitor in 2009 after graduating from Edinburgh University and completing her traineeship with the firm. Angela works in the firm's Court Department is based in our Kirkcaldy office. She has a particular interest in Adults With Incapacity applications.

Fraser joined the firm in 2010 having completed his traineeship with a large Edinburgh firm. He works in the firm's Court Department and is based in the Kirkcaldy office.

Jemma also joined the firm in 2010 having undertaken her traineeship in Edinburgh. She works in the firm's Court Department and splits her time between the Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes offices.
