Ann joined Innes Johnston as a partner in 2006 and is based in our Kirkcaldy office. She is an integral part of our court department and specialises in family law including divorce, residence and child contact disputes, cohabitation issues and adoptions. She also advises on matters relating to debt recovery, sequestration and property disputes. Ann is regularly appointed by the court as a Child Welfare Reporter in order to assist the court in resolving child contact disputes. She is also often appointed by the court as Curator in adoption cases. Ann has extensive experience in representing clients in the Sheriff Court as well as experience in instructing Counsel in Court of Session cases. Ann is highly experienced and has a compassionate and resolute approach when providing advice to her clients. She is a member of the Family Law Association.
