Claire joined Innes Johnston in 2006.  Following completion of her traineeship with the Firm in 2016, Claire became a Private Client Solicitor and is now an Associate based in our Leven Office. 

Claire works with her clients throughout the stages of their lives from buying their first home, to estate planning right through to winding up estates.

Claire is a key member of our executry administration team assisting families and executors in the dealing with their loved ones’ affairs in a calm and considerate manner at a difficult time.   She has experience in dealing with the estate administration in a range of cases from small estates to more complex matters, involving Estate and Inheritance Tax issues.

As part of the private client team, Claire also provides advice to individuals and families regarding Wills and Powers of Attorney, Asset Preservation and Estate and Inheritance Tax planning matters.

With over 10 years’ experience in residential conveyancing within our property team, Claire is able to provide continuity and an all-round service to her clients.  She is approachable and friendly which is essential to building long-term relationships with clients.

Claire is also a Notary Public.
