Tom Macaskill, Partner
After training in Edinburgh, Tom joined F T & D C Wallace in Leven before setting up the firm which later became Macaskills. That firm merged with Innes Johnston in 2001. He is one of the partners in the Leven office and has a very wide, general practice.
Mark Alder, Partner
Mark studied at the University of Dundee and since completing his studies has held positions with firms in Dumfries and Perth. Mark joined Innes Johnston in May 2014 and has a varied caseload including family law, reparation, housing, debt recovery, property disputes and criminal law.
Jemma Forbes, Partner
Jemma joined the firm in 2010 after completing her traineeship in Edinburgh. She is based in our Glenrothes office and deals primarily in civil court work, family law, adults with incapacity and debt recovery. Jemma also appears regularly before the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland and is often appointed by the Mental Health Tribunal to act as Curator. She is also one of few Solicitors in Fife to give advice in relation to immigration issues.
Ann Oliver, Partner
Ann joined Innes Johnston as a partner in 2006 and works in our Kirkcaldy office. She concentrates mostly on civil court work, debt recovery, matrimonial and family law. She is a member of the Family Law Association.
Jacqueline Mitchell, Partner
Jacqueline previously worked in both our Leven and Kirkcaldy offices and after a few years working with a couple of other local firms she returned to Leven in 2015. She studied at the University of Dundee and trained and worked in Edinburgh before coming to work in Fife. She deals mainly with residential conveyancing as well as other private client matters including the preparation of wills and powers of attorney.
Gillian MacNulty, Solicitor
Gillian joined Innes Johnston in 2017 from a well known Tayside firm of solicitors. She is based in our Kirkcaldy office specialising in residential, commercial and rural conveyancing as well as private client work such as wills, executries and powers of attorney.
Kelly McManus, Solicitor
Kelly joined the firm in September 2015 after completing her traineeship in Edinburgh. She is based in our Glenrothes office and deals primarily with civil court work, family law and debt recovery. She also advises clients in relation to employment law matters and mental health issues.
Michelle Moran, Solicitor
Michelle joined Innes Johnston after graduating from the University of Dundee. She works in the firm's court department and is based in our Kirkcaldy office.
Claire Forbes, Solicitor
Claire joined the firm in 2006 as a Paralegal and continued to work with us while studying for her law degree. Claire is now a Solicitor in our Leven office dealing with conveyancing, private client matters, Wills and executries.
Lauren Logue, Trainee Solicitor
Lauren joined the firm in 2014 while completing her Degree and then Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee and began her Traineeship with us in May 2016. She is based in our Kirkcaldy Office and deals with residential conveyancing and executries.
Megan Cullen, Trainee Solicitor
Megan joined the firm in 2015 as a Legal Assistant while she completed her Scots and English Law Dual Qualifying Degree and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee. Megan started her Traineeship with us in September 2017. She is based in our Leven Office and deals primarily with residential conveyancing.
