WILLS AND POWER OF ATTORNEY
Our set fees for a straightforward will or power of attorney are contained in the below table. Please note that we may charge a higher fee if your will or power of attorney is unusually complex. For example, we may charge a higher fee if there is Inheritance Tax planning involved, there are a large number of beneficiaries or unusual beneficiaries, there is a complex trust arrangement or there is a change of instruction. Please note that if you require a home or hospital visit then we will charge an additional fee for spending time travelling out to meet you. The fees below are from the point of taking instructions to the completion and execution of the document. Please note that for Powers of Attorney, there will be a registration fee. The amount of the registration fee is set by the Office of the Public Guardian and can be found on their website.
