Family Law/Civil Litigation Assistant
Innes Johnston LLP have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor in their court department. The role will involve advising on all aspects of family law, including child contact and divorce, as well as other areas of civil litigation. Candidates should be motivated, able to work as part of a team and start employment with the expectation of taking on their own case load and developing new business. The role offers good career prospects for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year’s post qualifying experience, although newly qualified solicitors with experience of appearing in court during their traineeship will be considered. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The position is based in the firm’s Glenrothes office.
